I have to admit, that I am also very happy with the other work you have done on all the websites you have done for my company. I am good at delegating, but only to folks who have initiative and just get the job done. I can't tell you how nice it is to give a few vague instructions to someone via phone or e-mail and get reply e-mail with the word "DONE."
